Sean O’Malley is eyeing Merab Dvalishvili as his next title fight.
Last month, O’Malley defended his title against Chito Vera at UFC 299 in Miami.
While O’Malley teased fight against Ilia Topuria and boxer Ryan Garcia, he has now confirmed that he would fight Merab next.
“Merab’s next, Merab is f—-ing next. Your wish is granted.
“A lot of people said I’m ducking him, I just really am not ducking that little dude. I like the fight for me, there’s multiple ways to win. I’m excited for the fight now.”

O’Malley has already said that he wants to headline the UFC’s Sphere show that will take place on Mexican Independence Day in September.
“Headlining the Sphere in Vegas,” “Let’s do it. I don’t think anybody would argue against that. I think that would be legendary. I know Conor (McGregor) has talked about potentially going on that card, potentially International Fight Week. So, out of respect for him to still be the best and biggest in the business, I’ll take wherever I can get. But yeah, I think that’d be interesting.”

O’Malley limped off his last fight with a foot injury and it’s unclear when he’ll be available to return.
