Santos v. Walker Headlining UFC Vegas 38 Tonight

Light heavyweight fighters Thiago Santos and Johnny Walker will meet in the octagon tonight in Las Vegas for UFC Vegas 38.

Thiago Santos (21-9-0) will square up to Johnny Walker (18-5-0) for the main light heavyweight matchup. Santos, a former title fight challenger, is coming into the ring after losing his past three fights, the most recent being his loss by unanimous decision to Aleksandar Racik.

Walker is 1-2 in his last three fights, having won his most recent against Ryan Spann in September 2020 by KO. Walker spoke to MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, “I hope Thiago brings me to hell, because I want to feel at home. Because hell was my home. I’ve been there many times and I want him [to take me] out of my comfort zone.”

This is sure to be an exciting main card with Santos and Walker, who are both Brazil natives, and are both skilled heavy hitters in the octagon.

  • Antonina Shevchenko vs. Casey O’Neill
  • Bethe Correia vs. Karol Rosa
  • Jamie Mullarkey vs. Devonte Smith
  • Douglas Silva de Andrade vs. Gaetano Pirrello
  • Shanna Young vs. Stephanie Egger
  • Alejandro Perez vs. Johnny Eduardo

The preliminary card starts at 4 PM eastern, and the main card will start at 7 PM eastern.
